1. 7Cr7Mo2V2Si  (GB)

Chemical Composition: C 0.74, Si 1.10, Mn 0.45, P≤0.030, S≤0.030, Cr 7.10, W ≤0.50,

Mo 2.10, V 1.80

Annealed Hardness: HB≤255

Heat treatment temp: Hardening 1100-1150    Temperings 530

Secondary 61-63 HRC

Application: Steel for pressing mold, extrusive mold and tensile mold

2. 4Cr5MoSiV1, it is similar to H13(ASTM), 1.2344(DIN), SKD61(JIS)

Chemical Composition: C 0.39, Si 1.10, Mn 0.30, P≤0.028, S≤0.020, Cr 5.10, W ≤0.30,

Mo 1.35, V 0.90

Annealed Hardness: HB≤235

Heat treatment temp: Hardening 1020    Temperings 530-560

Secondary 54-57HRC

Application: For making Aluminum pressing mold, extrusive mold and plastic mold

3. W6Mo5Cr4V2 ,it is similar to M2( ASTM), S6-5-2(DIN), SKH51(JIS)

Heat treatment temp: Hardening 1220-1240    Temperings 550
